Emmy fashion flare

The best part of a star-studded event is always checking out what babes are wearing on the red carpet! This time Emmy was more fashion-forward than ever with drop-dead beauties. Let's have a look at the style sirens at the grand gala.

Red-hot : If you are on the red carpet, you ought to be red hot like Blake Lively. Matching the carpet in her red gown, she was a total siren in her revealing number. (AFP)
Blazing black number : Jenna Fischer knows how to drive the paparazzi wild. A hot and stunning black gown can never fail any diva. (AP)
Blooming trends : Expectant celebrity mother, Heidi Klum won't let her baby bump prevent her from having a knockout look at the Emmy awards.

Drop-dead gorgeous : Vanessa Williams's drop earrings and a vivid colour gown was enough to turn the heads at the grand evening. (AFP)
Sweet-heart : January Jones shows off something unique for the cameras. Her gown featured cut-out pieces on top and a high slit. But we are sure the top part hasn't moved you.

Swirl and sway : Jennifer Carpenter's amalgamation of colours is perfect to light up the Emmy occasion. Amidst the sea of beauty, Jennifer stands out, reflecting an official diva look. (AFP)
Shimmering ways : Anna Torv must be feeling like a princess in a dress embellished with crystals. She is a vision of beauty in her glittering outfit.

Neck-deep in fashion : If you think that you are seeing plenty of black, then you are right. AnnaLynne McCord is sporting the most popular shade but she looked hot and sizzling with the bold cuts and plunging neckline. (AP)
Plunging purple : Ginnifer Goodwin opted for a bright purple frock with a short do. Don't miss her statement necklace.

Light it up : We think soft grey was too light a hue for an award night-ensemble. Though Kate Walsh tried hard with her strapless gown and a tiny clutch, she could hardly shine. (AP)
Royal touch : Wow! Shohreh Aghdashloo is looking better than the women half her age in a floor-length royal blue garb. But her green wristband in support of the "Green Movement" was a little out of sync with the dress.

Star's studded : Wearing a bejeweled gown, Adrienne Frantz was a total goddess. The intricate crystal work on the gown was the highlight of the dress. (AP)
Drew it wild : The divas at the grand gala leave you breathless but you will gasp at Drew Barrymore in a fairy-frilled peechish gown. (AP)
Hot and spicy : Another in the red camp was Sigourney Weaver. The colour and wow-fulness of the gown makes a mark for her. (AP)
Bare it right : Bare shoulder satin outfit with a high slit makes Carrie Ann Inaba the glam gal of the star-studded event. (AP)
Feather flare : You must not miss this on the runway. Olivia Wilde's appealing number with stategic cuts and flows gives her a rewardful look. Olivia was looking the most fashion-forward at Emmy. (AP)
Backless fashion : Tina Fey arrived in a very elegant black gown with a nice pair of earrings. You will love her pouch, perfect combination! Her crystal brooch at the back is also noteworthy.

Bejewed babe : Nancy O'Dell concentrated more on her jewellery than the dress. Mixing dark and lighter shades at the centre of the dress was not a good job though. (AP/Chris Pizzello)
