The minute a celebrity gets pregnant they start planning their naked bump photoshoot. Here are some of the more famous pregnant covergirls.. Britney Spears: Although it was rumored that Britney would be recreating Demi Moore's infamous cover for Vanity Fair, the pregnant pop star hit newstands on the cover of 'Harper's Bazaar' for the August 2006 issue. She was pregant with her second son Jayden James. Britney, not only debuted her growing belly but also a new brunette hair 'do.

Heidi Klum: Hot mama Heidi Klum hardly lost her covergirl status while she was pregnant. She gave birth in September 2005, but by the time this December 2005 cover of Vitals Woman magazine hit newstands a slimmed-down Klum was already back on the runway.

Demi Moore: The actress blazed way for pregnant covergirls when she appeared on the cover of 'Vanity Fair' magazine in 1991. However, the nude portrait, taken by famed photographer Annie Liebowitz sparked controversy. She was seven months pregnant with her and actor Bruce Willis' daughter Scout.

Monica Bellucci: Screen siren's naked and pregnant posed on the country's edition of 'Vanity Fair' magazine that infuriated The Vatican. In 2004, Monica posed nude in protest against Italian laws that allow only married couples to use in-vitro fertilization and that prevent the use of donor sperm.
